How to Make a Brandible eBook

Home Business Links

By Larry Jameson

Brandible eBooks are the easiest and, perhaps, one of the most efficient ways to promote your products and services on the Internet. No doubt you have read many, many articles and eBooks about viral marketing.

Viral Marketing is very similar to the way a common cold spreads. No, you don't need to kiss people to participate; then again, they're helping make you money so you may wish to do so. Someone catches a cold; they come in contact with someone else who then catches the cold. Those two people come in contact with someone else; now four people are taking medicine.

Four people spread to four others; now eight people spread to eight others; now sixteen people spread to sick-teen others. (Sorry, couldn't help myself.)

A brandible eBook spreads similarly. I have an eBook entitled, Is Your Online Business Legal?. So now I will write a much smaller brandible eBook that promotes Is Your Online Business Legal?.

All 100,000 plus Clickbank affiliates can obtain a copy of my brandible eBook, brand it with their own Clickbank ID and give the book away to people who visit their websites. When someone clicks on the link to purchase the eBook, that link has been branded with the Clickbank Affiliate ID of the person who provided the eBook, and it is that person who will receive a 50% commission.

The first product you must have is an eBook creation software that can be branded. Please note that not all eBook creation software supports viral marketing. I"m going to make it easy for you. Here's a link to the eBook Software I use that comes with the branding tool.

Now that you have the software to create your eBook and the software to brand it, you're ready to get started.

For instance, you might include a line near the top of your brandible eBook that says, "This eBook is compliments of ..." Your html file should read, "This eBook is compliments of <%BRAND0%>." When the person promoting your product brands their copy, the branding tool will ask what they want to substitute for <%BRAND0%>. Usually, it will be branded with that person's name or website.

Now for the money part. You would code your html "Click here to Buy" with an href tag like "http://clickbankid.buyhappy.hop.clickbank.net/" To make it brandible change clickbankid to <%BRAND1%>.

Each time you have a referral link for that product or service in your brandible eBook use <%BRAND1%>. When your promoter brands the book with their Clickbank ID for <%BRAND1%>, their ID will appear in the affiliate link in every referral.

Everywhere in your brandible eBook you want to allow someone to enter their own information, create a Brand using the format above. Use as many as you wish. Just remember to provide your promoter with information about what they need to put in the different brand fields.

For instance, you could have:

  • <%BRAND0%> = Your Company Name
  • <%BRAND1%> = Your First Name
  • <%BRAND2%> = Your Clickbank ID
  • <%BRAND3%> = Your Mother-in-law's name

Now it's simply a matter of compiling (creating) your eBook using the software program and distributing it along with a copy of the branding tool. You can put both products and your instructions in a zip file to be downloaded from your site.

Promote your brandible eBook to your site visitors with articles. Promote your brandible eBook with classified ads. Promote, promote, promote. That's the other part of Internet marketing.

Hey, you don't want to be like Mike -- you want to be like a common cold!

Can you name anything that spreads so quickly and successfully?
